I wanted to let all our valued customers know that we hear and appreciate your feedback on Kleen-Rite’s products and services. One of the best ways we can grow as a company is through the feedback that you, a loyal customer, provide to us. Every day, we commit that no one will work harder trying to improve than we do.
Recent customer concerns about the cost of shipping have created a lot of good conversations from our team. We deal with similar concerns ourselves when we purchase from our suppliers – have we ordered enough to absorb freight? Is anything backordered? Did we get the best shipping deal? I feel the pain and hear the concerns expressed on this topic.
While we continue to discuss how we can keep improving your shopping, ordering, and shipping experiences, I wanted to make sure everyone knew about our current free shipping opportunities.
