Shipping Cost Questions

Kleen-Rite Vice President Keith Lutz recently sent this letter to all of our email subscribers, addressing some questions and concerns regarding shipping:

Dear customers,

I wanted to let all our valued customers know that we hear and appreciate your feedback on Kleen-Rite’s products and services. One of the best ways we can grow as a company is through the feedback that you, a loyal customer, provide to us. Every day, we commit that no one will work harder trying to improve than we do.

Recent customer concerns about the cost of shipping have created a lot of good conversations from our team. We deal with similar concerns ourselves when we purchase from our suppliers – have we ordered enough to absorb freight? Is anything backordered? Did we get the best shipping deal? I feel the pain and hear the concerns expressed on this topic.

While we continue to discuss how we can keep improving your shopping, ordering, and shipping experiences, I wanted to make sure everyone knew about our current free shipping opportunities. These programs have helped many of our customers avoid almost all shipping charges – including on backorders. We offer free shipping in conjunction with all industry trade shows, our Kleen-Scene magazines (published in February and August), and additional special promotions throughout the year. We also offer everyday free shipping on all full soap pallets.

In order to fill any gaps and reward our loyal customer base, we have just launched the Kleen-Rite Rewards Club. This program will allow customers to earn additional free shipping rewards just by continuing to place your normal orders. Rewards Club members will also unlock access to exclusive deals, earn Kleen Kash, and receive many more exciting benefits to come. Registration is completely free.

I encourage everyone to take advantage of our regular free shipping programs and sign up for the Rewards Club today. Stay tuned for more developments, and as always, thank you for allowing us to be your reliable supplier to the car wash industry.
